Microwave Hot and Spicy Chex Party Mix 1/2 c Butter; melted
2 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Hot sauce of your choice
1 1/4 ts Seasoned salt
1 c Bite-size cheese crackers
2 c Garlic croutons
6 c Chex cereals; (corn, rice and/or wheat)
1 c Mixed nuts
1 c Tiny pretzels twists
Combine butter, Worcestshire, hot sauce and seasoned salt. Pour crackers,
croutons, cereals, nuts and pretzels into a large lock-top plastic bag.
Pour on the butter mixture and seal top of bag. Shake bag until all pieces
are evenly coated.
Pour contents of bag into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high
for 5-6 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 2 minutes. While stirring, make
sure to scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Spread on absorbent paper towels
to cool.
Store airtight.
