Instant Cocoa with Marshmallows

8 1/2 c Dry milk; nonfat, 25.6oz pkg
3 c Instant chocolate drink mix for milk, 16 oz pkg
1 1/2 c Non-dairy coffee creamer; 6 oz jar
1 1/2 c Confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Give mix with serving instructions.

Makes about 16 cups of cocoa mix, enough for 32 servings.

To Serve: Stir 1/2 cup cocoa mix into 9oz of hot water.
