Cajun Barbecue Seasoning Mix

2 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper; freshly ground
1 ts Lemon pepper
1 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper; (or more)
1 1/2 ts Mild chili powder or use hot chili powder
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Brown sugar
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts MSG

Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place.
