Mexican Rub Mix

2 tb Chili Powder
1 tb Salt
2 ts Hot red pepper
2 ts Ground Cumin
1 ts Garlic Powder
1 ts Ground Coriander

Mix together. Rub into beef, pork or poultry 1 hour prior to grilling.
