African Berbere Spice Blend 3 tb Sweet paprika
2 ts Ground cumin
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground turmeric
1 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Ground coriander
1 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper; or to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an airtight
container.
Yield: About 1/4 cup
