Coating Mix 1 c Flour
1 c Cornmeal
2 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Red pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. If you want to, dip
meat into beaten egg and milk or moisten with water. Roll in coating mix.
Place in shallow baking pan and bake about one hour, or until coating is
brown and crispy and meat is done. Store excess mix in air-tight container
in cupboard. Will coat about 7 pounds of meat.
