Spice Mix 3 tb Cayenne pepper; plus
3 ts Cayenne pepper
3 tb Salt
3 tb Black pepper
6 ts White pepper
4 1/2 ts Garlic powder
4 1/2 ts Ground cumin
4 1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves
3 ts Onion powder
Mix all ingredients. Store in a sealed container.
